Our 90 minute classes begin with a warm-up which consists of muscle stretching and flexibility exercise. Stretching your muscles increase the range of movement that your body can achieve which in turn drastically reduces the likelihood of muscular and joint injuries due to pushing your body past its normal range of movenment. Every class includes exercises to work each of your core muscles giving you a foundation of fitness on which to build. You will be taught spins, dance moves and transitional moves to tie it all together.
Pole Fitness improves your posture and coordination and you can burn up to 300 calories an hour.
